Thank you for shopping at PrimalPantry. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Refunds or replacements
To request a refund or replacement, you must contact our customer service team and get approval for the return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement request after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds are given for defective or faulty products, or where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind or personal preference on the scent or taste of a product, outside of a defect, does not on its own constitute a fault.
You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted. This does not apply where the return is due to a fault or a failure covered by the Australian Consumer Law, in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
